eNFact Fraud Security Program in Place on ATM and VISA Debit Cards

We may be calling you.
To protect your account, we have a fraud protection program in place to monitor your
ATM and debit card transactions for potentially fraudulent activity.  Examples of fraudulent
activity might include a transaction done overseas instead of Downtown USA, America, a
sudden string of large dollar purchases, numerous transactions within a short period of time,
or any pattern associated with new fraud trends around the world.
If we suspect fraudulent ATM or debit card use, we will be calling you to validate the legitimacy
of your transactions.  Your cooperation in responding to our call is critical to prevent potential
fraud, and to avoid restrictions we may place on the use of your card.
       *  The automated call will ask you to verify recent transaction activity on your card.

  *  You’ll be able to respond via your touchtone keypad.

  *  You’ll be provided a toll-free number to call if you have additional questions.  You may
also be advised to contact the credit union as soon as possible.

Our goal is to minimize your exposure to risk and the impact of any fraud.  To ensure we can
continue to reach you whenever potential fraud is detected, please keep the credit union informed
of your correct telephone numbers and address at all times.

Protect yourself.

In the meantime, please be diligent in watching the transaction activity on your account, and
contact the credit union at 703/680-1143 immediately if you identify any fraudulent transactions
.
Here are some additional tips on protecting yourself from ATM or debit card fraud.
         *  Unless absolutely required for a legitimate business
purpose, avoid giving out your address and zip code,
phone number, date of birth, social security number,

card or account number, or card expiration date.
         *   Your PIN is private.  NEVER give it out.
         *   In stores and at ATMs, always cover your card and PIN.

         *   Watch for cell phone cameras, mirrors or other tools
used to view cards and PINs.
         *   Notice people who may be watching your transactions.
         *   Don’t let the card out of your sight, take it to the register
             yourself.

         *   If there is any unusual activity at an ATM that makes you
             uncomfortable, go to  another ATM.
         *  Online, you should never respond to unsolicited emails
that ask you to verify your account number or card
             number.
         *  Don’t respond to emails that have links to websites.
